Thoughts
I've really enjoyed this course. It has made me really look at things differently. I notice shadows, light, composition and subject matter more. Now, even when I watch a movie, I notice the cinematographer's vision and the framing of the shot.
It's been great conversing with everyone online and seeing and sharing our work. Thanks so much, especially Prof. Nevins. Have a great summer!

One more portrait
Well someone couldn't wait until after this class was over to make her appearance, I guess she wanted to meet all of you. This is my daughter Lucy, born last Friday night, April 30th :)The first portrait I converted to black and white and the second I just tried to play up the colors and highlights a little bit more.

This is my friend, Joy, who refused to let me photograph her unless it included her favorite stuffed animal. Characters are defintely welcome.
